Dual FlexSorter Station for Maximum Sorting Performance in Minimal Space
The dual Tobot FlexSorter Station from QKM enables parallel, automated sorting of various parts – from silicon wafers and thin sheets to irregularly shaped components. Supporting sizes from 2–120 mm, vibration loads up to 1.5 kg, and bin volumes of 8–15 L, it delivers high precision (±0.07 mm), fast cycle times (1.9–3 s), and saves up to 41% floor space.
Control is managed via FlexSorter software with a 13.3″ touchscreen. Interfaces include AC/DC power, emergency stop, and Ethernet. Compatible with vision systems (top and bottom cameras) and multiple robot models.
